TexasDreamProperty.com, LLC (“TexasDreamProperty.com”) has implemented written procedures for receiving claimed infringement (“Notices”) and has designated an agent to receive those Notices.

  6. (6) Your electronic or physical signature.

TexasDreamProperty.com may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. TexasDreamProperty.com may provide the alleged infringing party with your e-mail address so that that person can respond to your allegations. Pursuant to Title 17, United State code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to TexasDreamProperty.com Designated Agent listed below.

TexasDreamProperty.com Procedure

When TexasDreamProperty.com receives a Notice, TexasDreamProperty.com will make a good-faith effort to forward the Notice to the person reasonably believed to be responsible for posting the allegedly infringing content or material. TexasDreamProperty.com will use the information in the Notice to determine if the allegedly infringing content or material should be removed or disabled. If a Notice is incomplete, TexasDreamProperty.com is under no obligation to take action. When TexasDreamProperty.com receives a Counter-Notice, TexasDreamProperty.com will forward the Counter-Notice to the person or entity that submitted the original Notice. If TexasDreamProperty.com does not receive notice of an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing material within ten (10) business days of receiving a Counter-Notice, TexasDreamProperty.com may, in its sole discretion, reinstate the removed or disabled content or material. If TexasDreamProperty.com chooses to do so, TexasDreamProperty.com will do so within ten (10) and fourteen (14) business days of receiving a Counter-Notice. In some instances, TexasDreamProperty.com will be unable to reinstate removed or disabled content or material due to technical constraints. In such instances, TexasDreamProperty.com may choose to notify the person that filed the Counter-Notice that he or she may repost the content or material at his or her discretion.

TexasDreamProperty.com has no obligation to adjudicate claims of infringement and is not responsible for determining the merits of such claims. The parties submitting Notices and Counter-Notices are encouraged to settle any disagreements amongst themselves. TexasDreamProperty.com may, in its sole discretion, use the information provided in Notices and Counter-Notices to determine whether to remove or disable content or material.
